If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@magncup.com.
1. For non-customized items: Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
2. For personalized items: Orders can only be canceled before production begins..
2. Return & Eligibility
We accept return or replacement requests within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
1. The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
2. The personalization is incorrect due to our mistake.
3. For non-personalized items, returns are accepted if the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable conditionou.
Please note: Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.
3. How to Request a Return?
To start a return or replacement, please email support@magncup.com with:
1. Your full name and order number
2. Reason for the request
3. Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
Our support team will guide you through the next steps.
1. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was caused by us
2. We recommend using a tracking shipping method and keeping proof of postage.
3. Please do not return items without contacting us first.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
1. Approved refunds are processed within 2-7 business days
2. Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Note: Payment processing fees (e.g., PayPal fees) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided after your request is approved. Please do not send items to the address on the shipping label.
